The aim of this case study is to understand what’s the key ingredient for a just in time supply chain and compare effectiveness pull push models logistics management environment. methodology used was analysis an article thesis from Jer&#243nimo Martins (JM) that published September 2014 with name “Order Cycle optimization Just Time (JIT): JM”, using content process supported by qualitative procedures.
